Acts: The Gospel to the Ends of the Earth

Acts tells the amazing story of the birth of the church and the spread of the good news about Jesus. Starting in Jerusalem, the first Christians proclaimed the gospel and planted churches throughout the Roman Empire. They faced persecution, suffering, and even death and yet God's Word spread through the power of the Holy Spirit and the authority of the risen Jesus. As we study the book of Acts, we realize that we carry on the same mission today, facing the same resistance, and trusting in the same Jesus to bring his gospel to the ends of the earth.
