Synopsis: What is the mission of the church? We gather in church on Fridays and Sunday evenings to sing to God, hear Biblical teaching, and fellowship with other Christians. But is that all we do as a church? Isn’t there some larger purpose or task that we should pursue? This morning we begin a new Friday sermon series in the New Testament book of Acts and in Acts we find the church on its mission: to bear witness about Jesus and the gospel to all nations.
