To The Ends of the Earth

Preacher: Jeramie Rinne Series: Acts: The Gospel to the Ends of the Earth Topic: Expository Scripture: Acts 28:17–31

Synopsis: Today we will consider the conclusion of Acts and at first glance, Acts seems to end in a strange way. Paul reaches Rome as a prisoner and continues to preach, and then suddenly the story ends. We read nothing of Paul’s trial before Caesar. We don’t know if he goes free or is condemned to die. Yet from another perspective the story ends exactly where it should. Because Acts was not ultimately about Paul. Acts is about Jesus and his gospel spreading to the ends of the earth.
