Join us at 9 am in the first floor rooms for our EQUIP hour on the following dates: October 27, November 3, November 10, November 17, November 24, December 8, December 15.
Nursery (ages 0–4)
in Nursery 3
If you are planning to attend the Adult classes, you can drop off your kids at the Nursery where they will be cared for by volunteers.
EQUIP Kids (ages 5–11)
in Upper Chapel 2
This time focuses on scripture memorization. This is a high-energy and engaging time where kids will enjoy memorizing Matthew 5 (Sermon on the Mount) over the course of the year. We want our kids to learn the truth of scripture by having it deep in their hearts. Be sure to ask about our Truth78 booklet that aids in helping you as a parent teach your child how to memorize scripture.
EQUIP Teens (ages 11–17)
in Room F10
This is a great opportunity for your preteen/teenager to engage in conversation and grow deeper in understanding God’s Word. During this time, we rotate between foundations of theology and current day issues from a Christ-centered approach. Students will grow in their faith and dig deep into the truth of scripture.
Adult Education
Christianity Explained (Christian Basics)
in Room F7
If you’re looking to learn more about the Christian faith, are new to the Christian faith, or have a non-Christian friend you’d like to bring to learn about the gospel, please join us for this 7-week study. Register at go.eccad.org/ce.
Christians in the Workplace (Christian Discipleship)
in Room F8
For many Christians, one of the most significant commitments in life is what they will do for work. How should Christians think about work? How should being a Christian shape how I treat my boss, my coworkers, or my employees? This class will help shape our understanding of God’s purpose in our work, and how the gospel drives us to do our work “unto the Lord.”
No Other Foundation: Early Church History (Christian Theology)
in Upper Chapel 1
In this class we will be looking at the history of the early church and learning from the example of the church as they suffered under persecution, gave themselves to a study of biblical doctrine, and engaged with an unbelieving empire.
