Are you busy? Stressed? Frantic? Burning out with a jam-packed schedule? Wonder how you got here? This class will help you understand the root issue of busyness, and how the gospel keeps us grounded in a world with increasing demands on our time and attention.

We will meet weekly in Room F08 (first floor) from January 4 to February 1, 2026.
