Pastor Cameron Arensen Senior Pastor
Pastor Cam has been pastor of the Evangelical Community Church since 1990, and has seen much growth and change since his arrival. He guided the building process of our current facility, which was occupied in 1994. Under the careful and sound leadership of Pastor Cam, ECC has had a steady growth record from less than 90 in 1990 to over 600 today. The staff has also expanded to include an Associate Pastor, a Director of Children and Family Ministries, a part time youth pastor and a part time administrative assistant. Pastor Cam received his seminary training in Portland, Oregon and pastored churches in Alaska and Kenya prior to coming to Abu Dhabi. Cam is married to Esther Ruth, and they have two sons who currently live in the USA. They are also the proud grandparents of 3 grandsons. Click here to hear a sample of Pastor Cam's preaching.

Associate Pastor
Joe Page is our Associate Pastor, having joined the staff in December of 2003.
Joe trusted Christ as Savior at 18 and very soon received a desire to "go into all the world." He has worked at Christian camps and was Program Director for YMCA in Houston, Texas.
He attended Phoenix Seminary in Arizona, graduating in 1996 with a Master of Divinity Degree in Pastoral Communications.
From 1996 to 2003 Joe lived and worked in Turkey in a variety of ministries.
Joe and wife, Jean, have three children at home.

of Children and Family Ministries
Janie joined ECC’s ministry team in 2001. She has many years of practical experience with all ages in both volunteer and professional settings. The Children and Family Ministries are cared for by a team of excellent dedicated volunteer Coordinators who compose the Children and Family Council. This Council works closely with Janie to develop and implement a wide variety of experiences for the children at ECC. She received a Masters of Educational Ministries from Wheaton Graduate School.
Janie has a married son with three daughters in Senegal and a daughter in Chicago.

Neil O'Boyle 
Youth
Pastor
Neil O'Boyle came to Abu Dhabi in August 2002. He stepped down from Area Director for the Middle East to establish a Youth for Christ presence in the UAE. He is still on the leadership team for YFC in the Middle East and retains international responsibilities. He is author of several Youth Leadership training manuals.
Neil is working with the youth at the Evangelical Community Church part time while he is also establishing a vibrant and exciting YFC presence here.
Neil and wife, Joy, have four children at home.

Liz is our indispensable assistant who is in the office five mornings per week, Saturday through Wednesday. She is our cheerful manager who handles scheduling, bulletin announcements and a myriad other things that help make our office run smoothly. She and her family are members of the church.

Lynda de Guzman Bookstore Manager
Erlinda Ramirez de Guzman or Lynda, as she prefers to be called, hails from Manila, Philippines and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Education. Her professional experience extends from Senior Secretary to Marketing Director and HR Management Coordinator. She arrived in Dubai in April 1981, and since then has worked and held senior positions in various oil & gas companies. In 2002 she was invited by the United Bible Societies to organize the Bible Society UAE and was the local representative in the area until June 2007. She is an initiator and people oriented person with leadership skills in organizational matters. She is a culturally sensitive person, and her 26 years of experience in the Emirates has led her to motivate an ethnically diverse work force. She is an active member of the Evangelical Church of Abu Dhabi and we are pleased to have her organizing and managing the ECCAD Bookstore.
