Little Angels is our Nursery Ministry. We have a dedicated and trained staff to care for babies up to two years of age. Volunteers care for and play with our babies while parents take advantage of our many and varied opportunities for service and worship. Ministries with regularly scheduled nursery provided are:
· Friday morning worship services
· AWANA leaders
· Christ Encounter classes
· Tuesday morning Women’s Ministry
· Nursery could also be arranged for other special programs of ECC as needed.

Great
Expectations is a support group for pregnant ladies and for ladies with babies
up to 18 months.
We
offer the opportunity to meet with others who share the same joys and
difficulties and to enjoy a cup of tea
made for you!
We meet in the Main Hall Nursery every Monday from 10:00 am to Noon but come and go as you please.
We start on September 28th. Hope to see you there!

Classes in training for Christian living are offered during the 8:30 a.m. worship service on Friday mornings September through May.
We have self contained classes for children 3 to 6 with a teacher and helper for each age.
We have a different format for children from 7 to 11. We are using a hands on experiential approach. A presentation team introduce the study topic. They then go to small groups with a Shepherd who leads them through story review and application, fun activities, prayer and assists with a project that helps to bring the story and Bible times to life for the children.
12 to 14's study on their own with a dedicated teaching team of their own.
Teens meet at noon in the upper church office villa.

We
provide a Worship experience geared especially for children on Friday morning
during the 10:15 a.m. service only. Opportunity
for age appropriate activities in Worship, praise, prayer, interaction with
other children as well as with helpers trained to assist youngsters
explore and experience the wonder and excitement of worship give our youngsters
solid training for worship. Children's Church meets upstairs on the First
Floor of the Church Center.
Tiny Tots for ages 3 to 4 meets in room 8.
Mustard Seeds for ages 5 to 6 meets in room 7.
Christ’s Champions for ages 7 to 8 meets in room 6.

strong Biblical teaching

fellowship
for children ages 5 to 14.
There are four separate clubs:
Sparks for 5 to 7
Flames for 8 and 9
Torch for 10 and 11
JV for 12 to 14

Opportunities for the 11 to 14 year old set are varied.
Explorer classes (Friday mornings at 8:30 - see the Explorer info to learn more) meet in room 7 at the church.

In an effort to strengthen our families and better equip ourselves in the ongoing task of nurture and growth within our families and further equip parents in raising children, we offer two opportunities to study biblically grounded subjects dealing with marriage and parenting topics. One class is during Explorers Friday morning and the other is held during Christ Encounter on Sunday evenings. These two classes alternate addressing parenting issues and marriage enrichment topics.
A variety of regularly scheduled and special events offer the opportunity to strengthen our ties with the church family. Each month the Church family goes Out to Lunch at nearby Al Whatha Mall following the second service. Adventures in Fellowship give us an opportunity to fellowship in homes with others in our church family we might not otherwise get to know. Church wide picnics give us an opportunity to play and eat together celebrating our unity in diversity. We have an annual Church wide Family Retreat that focuses on some topic relevant to strengthening our families as well as our Church Family connections.

There is a lively music ministry for ages 3 to 11 offered regularly on Friday mornings from 8:30 to 8:45 from September through May and year round from 10:15 to 10:30 for Children's Church during the 10:15 a.m. Worship service. Special presentations include a Christmas pageant and occasional specials in worship.
