The men of the church gather to study and serve together at several times and opportunities.
Weekly Bible Study
The men of the church meet on Sunday Morning at 6:30 a.m. at the church for study and fellowship.
Annual Retreat
The men go apart in the fall the to study God’s word and deepen their relationships with one another and God.

The purpose of our Women's Ministry is to facilitate spiritual growth and relationships for the women in our church and community. We strive to reach out, pinpoint the needs of women, and give them encouragement and support. We seek to train and equip women to enable them to minister to others.
There are several opportunities for study and service.
The women of the church gather on Tuesday mornings at 9:15 a.m. at the church for worship, fellowship and small group Bible studies. Childcare is provided for preschoolers. Evening groups meet in the evening in homes.
Lending
LibraryThe Morning Ladies' Bible Study has a lending library featuring a wide variety of topics and titles by Christian authors. Such subjects as counseling, life helps, biographies and novels are available.
The women sponsor a Gulf wide weekend retreat in the spring for
women for fellowship, spiritual renewal, worship and Bible study under the leadership of
an international speaker.

Christian growth takes place within a community of people who know us best. Because of this ECC encourages everyone to participate in a home study and fellowship group. We have a variety of small groups that meet weekly and biweekly that gather around special interests, family groupings, geographical location within Abu Dhabi and cultural background. There are several special language groups who have offerings for study, worship and fellowship conducted in their mother tongue.

S.A.L.T. is our Singles ministry. Single Adults Living Triumphantly is a supportive social and fellowship group open to all single adults. It aims to provide a community for developing a variety of healthy relationships within a Christian context. Opportunities include:
An Explorers Bible study and fellowship group that meets on Friday morning at 8:30 a.m.
Singles go for lunch after 10:15 a.m. worship the first Friday of each month.

ECC has a variety of study opportunities for Adult learners in addition to specific Men's and Women's studies. Class offerings are available on Friday Morning within the Explorer time slot, and Sunday evening within the Christ Encounter program.
The FAB Class (Friday Adult Bible) Class is an adult class that studies a variety of Bible books and topics.
Filipino Class meets year round in the Fellowship hall and is geared to the Filipino community.
Positive Parenting Class addresses various Biblically based topics to strengthen marriages and further equip parents in raising children.
Marriage and Parenting class addresses various topics to strengthen marriages and further equip parents in raising children.
Building Blocks for Spiritual Growth is a two year series of classes focusing on helping Christians grow in maturity in Christ. The first class (Basic Training for Real Christians) started on September 19 and will last 8 weeks. It is being taught on Sunday evenings by Pastor Cam.

These two classes, Positive Parenting and Marriage and Parenting, alternate addressing parenting issues and marriage enrichment topics. (See Adult Class Options.)
A variety of regularly scheduled and special events offer the opportunity to strengthen our ties with the church family. See Currently Scheduled Events for the latest activity in the works.
A new feature still in the planning, our Family Retreat will be designed to offer concentrated learning to strengthen families as well as opportunities to fellowship with other families within the church in a time away from the rush of daily life.
